Can an individual grow psychologically and spiritually when society is in chaos because of the pandemic, disruptions to democracy, and the surfacing of deep injustices? In the Red Book, Jung inserted an Image that indicated that individuation must take place in the society as well as the individual.  This reciprocal relationship requires that the society provide not only dignity and respect to individuals but also must create a milieu in which we all can become whole.
